Welcome to The Parent Circle

The Parent Circle, formerly known as The Parents' Concern, was established in 1974. The Parent Circle is a nonsectarian, nonprofit social support organization for families with infants and young children. Our membership comes from Evanston, Skokie, Wilmette, Lincolnwood, Northern Chicago and the surrounding areas.

The Parent Circle is a community of parents that provides a multitude of social and educational opportunities for families. Our goal is to promote a positive family experience through education, support and social interactions. We provide our members with playgroups, workshops, family activities and a monthly newsletter. We currently have a membership of more than 100 families with young children seeking to learn, share and enrich their family experience.
